This is the introduction to the Mirror Program.
Where we make healthy eating suggestions and encourage people to eat healthy food.
There are a lot of eating and dieting web pages and websites on the web.
This is not a diet web page or a diet plan.
We want to share some information that can complement and help you with any diet you can be on.
I want to tell you about a program called The Mirror Program.
Let me tell you what the Mirror Program is.
The mirror represents our lives in front of us and our lifestyle moving forward.
We should visualize holding the frame with two hands in front of us. Looking into the glass of our life and our personal situation.
As we ask ourselves a question. One that we already know the answer to.
What do we like to eat? What influences my eating patterns? Well, who knows you best. Everyone has a mirror. Whether they see it or choose not to.
The only one that should be in your mirror is you. Why? Because who knows you best.
You must be careful who you let in your mirror. They don't know what you need to do.
Don't look in another person's mirror. Because what's good for someone else might not be good for you. Consider it but make your own decision.
We should ask ourselves. Where do we start? How are my eating habits? Good. bad, ugly or all above. Probable all of the above.
We hope we can encourage you to look at your all of the above's.
Even if you're eating habits are good. We will try to help you do better.

The Mirror Program is a simple foundation of healthy living suggestions.
That are basic and can be applied to you.
The Mirror Program can be applied to any and every diet you can be on.
Again. This is not a diet. But a compliment to a diet.
The Mirror Program is just reminders to stay consistent and self-accountable.
To look at and follow what our basic needs are. And control our wants. Because everyone has different needs and eating habits, along with different temptations and cravings.
And what we do when we are alone is important.
Remember this. Different isn't wrong.
Eating well is more than just about weight management. It's about nourishing the body, maintaining energy levels and prevented chronic diseases and other serious issues.
The mirror program will help us stay motivated and not quit or be bored.
By building simply weekly foundation plans, which include daily plans.
Everyone has something they need to modify or change. Everyone's mirror has different personal needs. Find what fits you in your mirror.
We must look in our own mirror and see what we need to work on.
With the Mirror Program, we can take a quick self-check of our shopping, cooking and eating habits.
Being aware of what we buy, cook, eat and put in our bodies.
The mirror program is not a quick fix. It's a commitment to self-improvement and our long term health by reflecting on our habits, making conscious choices and supporting one another. We can achieve lasting Wellness. This is a lifestyle.
We will discuss the balance of physical and mental Wellness. How eating habits take play into that.
How nutrition leads to increase energy, weight management and disease prevention.
In other words, eating healthy makes you feel much better.
Thinking about what you eat brings on healthier relationships with food, reducing stress and emotional eating.
Unlike restrictive diets, this program promotes gradual and lasting lifestyle changes.
It doesn't matter if you must learn it or already know it. The problem is, will you keep doing it?
We hope our suggestions turn problems that help you fail. Into challenges that help you succeed.
Anyone can do this because it is about learning about yourself and what your mirror needs are. The Mirror Program is not the way, but a way to help.
Everything is a suggestion. We always encourage you to check and research your own mirror.
It doesn't matter what you have been doing. The Mirror Program will help you go forward.
Your mirror is reminded to stay encouraged and not give up. Giving up is easy.
It only takes a minute to change for the better. Now the fight is not to take a minute to change back.
